My real estate career began in July 1976 and in January 1979 I became a broker. I started in management as the sales manager for Ferger Bros., Realtors in the late 70s, a company founded in Chattanooga in 1887.
I have a degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In Chattanooga, I have worked for several independent firms and for franchises including Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.
However, those other fine franchise companies can't match the program EXIT Realty offers to each agent. For that reason, I selected EXIT as THE franchise to help build my company. I specialize in the listing and selling of residential property. In 32+ years I have worked with many buyers, homeowners, and investors. Maggie Weinzettel 
I’m a simple gal with a love for God. Back in Missouri I was my Dads gopher (go for this and that). He was a jack of all trades, so I grew up believing anything was possible. By Gods great grace I have found this to be so true. He took an average person and gave me hunger. He supplied the water and tools and the seed did spout. I had no idea my path would have ever lead me all the places that it has. God gave me a wealth of knowledge to help others achieve some of their dreams. For as long as I can remember I have always been painting and building something. I worked with a painting and remodeling contractor as the office administrator and coordinator. I begged him to let me work out in the field and he said I was too valuable in the office. It was at this point I started doing the buy, fix and sell houses. So first hand experience of ALL the phases of construction has lead me to where I am today. I started remodeling houses in 1997 and at some point along that road I got into real estate, but I suppose it all has to be in God’s time. God delivered me to a place and it was like God has shown me “I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneths me.” You may read this and we may never talk or meet. As a mother of four children with two grandchildren, I understand there are different needs between growing families and people who live alone or may be aging. I have a B.S. in Business Administration from UTK, a Master’s in Community Counseling from UTC, and a nursing degree from Chattanooga State. As a former human resource officer, Psychiatric RN, Director of a clinical staff, and community volunteer; I bring people and communication skills as well as business acumen to the real estate profession.
In the community I am a disaster volunteer with the American Red Cross, participant in the Volunteer Nurse Program of the Public Health Department, and am an appointee to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Health Council. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement, the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, and am on the board of the local National Alliance for Mental Illness.
In my free time, I enjoy ballroom dancing, reading, and time with my family.

Mike Bogardus  Although I don’t have much time to myself, I enjoy all sorts of things from seeing different places to just visiting with my family.
I moved to Chattanooga 3 years ago because not only is it beautiful and the people here are very friendly but I saw a potential in the housing market. With the exciting news that Volkswagon is coming to town, more people will be moving into the area and they will also need someplace to call home.
